Hotel Nuevo Boston is a great bargain for a hotel near Madrid Airport. I booked my reservation through Orbitz (www.orbitz.com) for US$68.00 per night.

Along with an outside pool with lounge area and cabana.
I did not have the opportunity to dine at Nuevo Boston but there is a restaurant and cafe on the premises.
The Front Desk English speaking staff was very helpful with local and transportation information to City Center. Metro system is just one bus stop away from the hotel.
Free 24 hour shuttle is provided to the airport about 10-15 minutes to the International Terminal.
